C323 Flexible Office Suites, located in Hot Springs Arkansas, provides a variety of short, or long, term office solutions for your needs. The purpose of this build is to provide furnished space to meet the needs of professionals that may work from home but need occasional meeting rooms when the local coffee house doesn’t seem ideal. Flexible Office Suites may also be ideal for someone that can work from home but may want to separate work and home either short-term or long-term with a private office or co-working space.

All work spaces come with the necessary items from the furniture to receptionist. This will allow you to  know your utilities, security, and cleaning are handled

This facility will be available for reservations beginning in early 2023. A detailed price list will be available at the end of 2022. A generic breakdown of price ranges can be found below. The variation in pricing is due to time commitment and options that may be chosen.

Private Furnished Office –  $370 – $450 (Varies based on size and location )

Desk in shared area– $250 – $350 (Varies based on time required, FT or PT)

Meeting room – $20 – $40 / hour (Varies due to room chosen and number of participants)

Virtual Office – $49 – $179 (Varies based on options chosen)
